In order to actively build a socialized talent evaluation mechanism oriented by performance and ability, recently, the China Printed Circuit Association (CPCA) led the evaluation of senior engineers and engineers in the China's Electronic Circuit Industry in 2023. The evaluation team selected 9 senior engineers and 23 engineers in the industry on site according to the "Detailed Rules for Qualification Evaluation of Professional and Technical (Senior Engineer) Positions in China's Printed Circuit Industry" and "Detailed Rules for Qualification Evaluation of Professional and Technical (Engineer) Positions in China's Printed Circuit Industry". This assessment sets specific standards and requirements for the applicant's academic and technical level, as well as the number of published papers, journals, invention patent authorizations, which rankings within the past five years. It is a high standard and high requirement for the applicant's technical innovation work. We've been encourage and support employees to participate in the application of senior engineer and engineer titles in the industry, solidify their innovation capabilities and enrich their technical resumes.
